Contacts and Newsletters

When first inquiring about homeschooling it's a good idea to contact local support groups and newsletters for information about homeschooling in your state. Please respect the privacy of families who donate time and energy to devote to providing support and information as contact people. Write down your questions before calling, keep your phone calls brief and to the point. Call at reasonable times, remembering these families are educating their children and your call may take them away from learning activities. Homeschooling families are busy people, but they are willing and happy to help you begin your homeschooling adventure!
